I got that same file too ... few get the word file.. i got pdf file on monday n then a word file on tuesday last week.. But i sent my passport according to the pdf file...

nope not that i know off. december ones dint get it yet..only few from the one who got ppr2 in dec got their pp back let's hope for the best :)

Yeah copy of passport page is ppr1 n u shud be waiting for ppr2... u will get it soon in this coming week or next week ... i sent passport copy on 18th nov along with re med..and e e changed to decision made on 23rd dec n i got ppr2 day before yesterday...passport already sent has been recieved...

as for the height n eye colour.. what i did ws i wrote aletter on word.. stating that in the envelope ull find attached so n so document n there kn the same letter i typed my height n eye color too.. n i printed the email attached my letter n there email as a cover letter... it becomes really...

Yup if they asked u for copy of the passport page to be sent to LVO that is PPR1 ... congratulations :)

u need to write ur file number on top of every document ur sending like the return address label or if thwy asked u for any other form or document . File number is the application number that starts with F000...

I got ppr2!!! Im soo happpy.. i sent my passport already!! :) u guys would be getting it soon this week hopefully.. cuz 4/5 people got ppr2 as seen on other threads... :)

congratulations!!! when did u get ur ppr2?? and if u would take a connecting flight emirates n air canada would be better...

they told me to send a çopy of that correspondence So i had to send the first page of the emAil. .

I would say do not contact the office beforr the processing time since these people wouldnt respond to it .. they would only reply to case specific enquiries if the processing time has exceeded. Or if u would like to inform them of any changes
