What do you mean? You mean your address has changed to montreal,ca from whatever address you're living in? They won't change your mailing address since you need to receive the pp in this address. After how long you may see 'decision made'?

They e-mailed the application number to my spouse (sponsor). If you've provided any e-mail address then please check the inbox,spam etc around the date your sponsor got approved.

They have also asked to send the consent forms of principal applicant's wife and their son. Do they have to pay separate for these 2 applicants as well or the previous payment will suffice? They're all under the same application. PLEASE advise.

What do you mean by 'letter of approval'? Is it the payment receipt of $490 payment or something else? Who receives it (sponsor or applicant) and when they received it? Should they send it with passport to singapore?
