@jiggy I would think that Ottawa is where all Members of parliament sits including the minister For immigration. Vagerville is just the wheels in Motion. All immigration matter is being decided By the minister of parliament and his office.

Hopefully this week those of us who have Passed out 8 months wait for AIP would finally Hear something!!
