amazing...today i recieved a reply to an email that i sent to the mp's office 6-7 weeks ago - asking me to call them. in the meantime i had already visited the mp's office 3 weeks ago and the lady there told me file is in the interview queue. ... I said what the heck and called the mp's...

i finally received a response back from islamabad! i sent an email on july 28. they said that my file is in progress and there is nothing i need to do. :-X

hers is a very peculiar case...looks like the cic were nitpicking and nailed her on the lawyer license nikkah nama thing....they were looking for something to nail her on...why is this an issue 3 years after marraige..shouldnt they have brought it up first thing??..i still dont understand what...

god knows what the truth is bro..actually when i asked the mp whether cic emailed her or called her..she didnt answer..she just said she had her way to find out. and then she proceeded to give me a long lecture about how this is for my own protection and how the relationship needs to be genuine...

what really intrigues me off is how everybody was saying send more proof...i did that..i sent pics of a vacation we took together...money transfer receipts..emails...everything....but still ended up in queue... >:(
