Thanks But looking at the spreadsheet, since last week there hasn't been much activity in the NOC 0211 and CAP jumped to 167 from 127 in just 4 working days.

Any idea how far NOC 0211 will go? I am july 24 applicant.

Hi, Does CIC check electronic copy from WES or they just rely on the original WES report that we send with application?

The background declaration clearly states "date of death, if deceased". If it's not applicable leave it blank

BC should be fine as long as Birth Certificate is mentioned on that.
