VO has all details that you must have filled in the application forms and will use those if and only if they wanna enquire from you on a personal note.

This is absolutely normal my friend............ On the form, immigration consultants provide their own address in the correspondence column and its very unlikely that visa office will contact you directly ............all correspondences will be routed though consultant only..............
