OK 3 friends from work whose parent/s just received visas stamped August 1, 2012. One from India, 2 from the Philippines. They are all 2007 applicants! I can't get more details as they will be working at different shifts and we all just got back from our long weekend.

I (perhaps all of us here) am not sure of the exact waiting time now. But, something is up and moving a bit faster now. You are not alone.

Oh i missed this part...you are welcome! I just noticed that you and dags (who just got his/her visa on August 4) have a somewhat similar timeline, since you got passport request already and you haven't heard anything since then i bet that is a good news the passports and visas are on the way...

Oh I am not sure, tanujgwl! :-\ Notice members' ecas some "decision made" but no visa nor passport request yet...one member just got visa from LVO, but his/her ecas says "In process" but all of us here has/had to wait that's for sure :) so good luck!

Thanks a lot, dags! I can imagine having your passports with visas, that's GREAT! So your visas arrived 4 days after they stamped it. Is it through DHL or Air 21? We have similar LVO that's why I am very curious. I know you guys are very busy now so I am not asking for quick response...
