Why does the ISB HC takes the most time ?

Omeirk, I am a resident Pakistani and a muslim. Having never lived in Canada, Canadian government gave me and my family PR in 7 months. They are not discriminatory. I think quite frankly, our muslim brothers in Gulf countries are discriminatory. I had lived in UAE for 13 years with no hope of...

Beginner needs help, got per what's next plz?

Your points add up to the required level. Now the CIO has passed on your file for finalization by visa office. They will go through your documents in greater detail and if all looks in order then they will send you medical request and ask you to pay RPRF. Remember, at this stage they may carry...

I have lived in the States and it is a nice country. I am sure Canada is a nice place too and from what I can recall from my sole visit there it was a politer place starting with the very polite Canadian border staff. I am currently research Canadian cost of living as I intend to land there in...

Well it took 3 weeks in my case but the norm seems to be 2 weeks before CHC Islamabad VO generally returns the passports with visa and COPR.

How long to receive confirmation of withdrawal of skilled worker application

When my application was at the stage of issuance of PPR, London VO asked my spouse to withdraw his FSW application. After sending his withdrawal request, it took 2 weeks before his ecas status changed from 'IN PROCESS' to 'WITHDRAWN'

Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

Dear Docpak, I think you should wait before sending VO an email. I have observed that VO does take 2-3 months after medical is done before sending PPR email. In your case it has been less than 2 months. I would think that by middle of December you should get your PPR email. On the plus side...

Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

Ali222, If 'Medical received' line has not been added to your Ecas and you are post June applicant then I suggest that you email VO. I say this because sometimes VO does not receive the medical report from DMP and also because I under went medical on August 16 and had PPR 2 request on Nov 7...

IS LONDON VISA OFFICE SENDING MEDICAL REQUEST ALONE OR CLUBBED RPRF,PPR

Usually London VO sends MR clubbed with RPRF but they ask for passports later on. Sometimes during MR+RPRF request they will also ask for updated PCC, updated immigration forms or updated POF. Good Luck!

The skilled worker program is fraud.

Very well written Ovais. You really put the Canadian immigration in the right perspective for me. AAL1984, I think you are right in recognizing that FSW immigrants know that it is going to be tough for them but they also know that sacrifice on their part is required to get their children to...

PAKISTAN APPLICANTS -----26/6/10 TO 30/06/11---- CONNECT HERE !!!!!

Sam786 Logically, it would seem that your family including your Indian citizen wife will have their passports stamped in Islamabad. This would be like if an Indian or a Pakistani was resident in let say USA then their PR visa would have been stamped in USA and not in their country of...

Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

My case was in RBVO stage for about 30 days and in-process stage for about 2 working days before MR letter was issued. It seems to me that London VO must have done verification of my documents during RBVO stage, unlikely that this was done during 2 days of being in-process. I am post June applicant.

CHANCES OF REJECTION AFTER IN PROCESS

I think most rejections of cases are done in RBVO stage. Once you are in-process then only if you have fake docs, or health issues or criminal/security risk then rejection is made.

Hi Coming_to_Canada, Let me shed some light on what telephone number does TCS call you on. First remember the 2 self-address labels that you submitted when you sent the application to CIO?
