As per waht was told to me by my interviewer CHC has three months interview calender, so today they will book interviews for 90th day from today. this get plus and minus some days depending schedule but 90 days is maintainned

So have they requested new medical for you so far... Even if they issue a visa for you now it will be valid till the date on which your medical would be valid, which is 364 days from the date of medicals. So if you medical expires on 25 July 2012 than the visa will be valid till 24th July 2012...
