see firstly under spp u jus need to show loan sanction letter provided u by bank n fee acknowledemnt........ immovable property or liquid property statemnt any fdr or bank statemnts are not generally required under spp,,loan letter is enough,,,but still if u want to show 3 lacs u cn show it as a...

same will be the situation with fdr too,even den they cn ask same thing..... ur applying under spp????

ya u cn ask bank to provide u wid saving account statement attested by manager n u cn den include it in ur file....

balance certificate,,u mean to say loan balance certificate??????

means u cn show it in urs or ur parents saving account .........

u cn show it as ur liquid property.........

deep if u hav all d old registries n 15 years fard wid u dn i knw one person who cn provide u wid nec n certified copies of registries frm suvidha centre in 2 or 3 days (if u try it on ur own it wil take around 30days) as hapnd in my case bt i was havin enough tym n u hav hardly 10days wid u..no...

no 7.5 is not enough..dun tak chance.atleast 8.5 is requird...bt i sugest u 2 go for 9 or 10 lac.. State bank of patiala wil provide loan..i hav takn it frm dm.m 2 gng for diploma.
