firstly i think ur 5.5 bands in reading is d prob as ur applying after graduation. secondly i dun knw why they dun havn't given reason of course mismatch but acc to me as ur frm computer background n wireless is related tgo electrnoics n comm field.. apply agagin under general wid some diff...

dun knw why people r not getin offer letter frm cen enial.i got it in 4 days nly.coz ofer leters of centenial come frn bangalore not frm canada bt for dis u must hav applied thru sum good consultant....

go for centenial for electronics eng tech fast track 3222.its stil open for jan 2012 n offer letter is free of cost.apply for it as soon as posible.n if u got it in time.u cn file visa for jan.if u dint get it on time dn go for sep.

i think u shud change ur course coz ur frm elec bakground n wireles has nuthin to do wid elec.if u were frm elec n com background dn i wil say ur course is relevant.i think u shud go for sum course related to elec.

ya threy will transfer ur fees not sure whether they will transfer it in first sem or late but they will deduct around cad 500 from ur fees.....
