I had something similar in my notes as well. '' Upfront medical provided. Not IMM 1017". Last week my ecas got updated to medical received. Going by your notes, seems pretty good. Nothing to be worried. They reviewed your file on sept 1, hopefully you will hear something good very soon.

Back to WORK...seems officer's will clear backlog first!
