    ajay93...I don't know if u r being innocent or stupid. The stamp on ur passport is not a work permit but it's a work visa. When I came to Canada as student, I got my stamp on passport as 'S1' for student, which in ur case is W1 being u r a worker. Since, u have got a positive LMO..it is a closed...

    No that's not true. They are not prioritizing applications from Philippines but yes they have prioritized their Buffalo backlog. This quota is federal and has nothing related to Provincial except for QSW which is completely different. Don't worry. You will get it in next year. Think of buffalo...

    This is the quota for the visas being issued for the year 2013 which we suspect is full and that's why even with the due date passed, no PPRs are being issued. This will be fulfilled in the new year.

    Remember it takes 30 days to get the notes...and they usually generate it 5-7 days before sending it to you..U also know that no work will be done after 21st Dec- 1st Jan. So, it better you apply today...

    May be your VO is on holiday or somehow dismissed the notification in his outlook calendar. I would say: Order GCMS notes again and see if the decision has been made and email CPP-Ottawa or check they have extended your due date due to work overload.
