HELLO, OUR CASE IS EXACTLY ONE MONTH LATER THAN URS. APP FILED NOV 2012 AND FROM GCSM NOTES FILE WAS TRANSFERRED TO ISBD IN AUG 2013. THIS SHOWS THAT ITS A TURN BY TURN PROCESS STILL. BUT MOST OF THE CASES ARE SLOWER DOWN OR SPEEDED UP IN ISLAMABAD ACTUALLY.

WE ALSO HAVE SAME TIMELINE AS YOURS. NOVEMBER 2012. NO EMAIL OR REPLY FROM CHC STILL. THE ONLY CONTACT THEY DID WAS BACK IN AUGUST 2013 WHEN THEY SENT THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS BACK TO ME AT MY CANADA ADDRESS.

Its very sad to hear the TRV rejection. Always remember that there is no fix time span needed to reapply for any visa for any country until unless the VO Ban for reapply which is very rare. You should reapply when there is a significant change in circumstances e.g. birth of a kid , new job, or...

Rukhsati is a minimum requirement for a genuine relationship in CHC protocols. Else there are cases where even two or three kids are born and there is no visa issued yet ... so beat it and do the rukhsati as soon as u can as it wont harm but make your case stronger more than you think. is yours...
