ok just checked visa exempt countries... Guatemala and Belize are both visa exempt for Mexican citizens... therefore you could both travel there with passports to do the wedding... now if this is an option for you... you just have to find out what the marriage requirements are... here...

Mexi, I think the license has to be for the country you plan to be married in... If US visit visa is not an option... what about another country close to Mexico that is visa exempt? I know it may not be cost efficient to have everyone there but even if you cloud have a few and then do...

I think it depends on the discretion of the officer processing your file... I applied oct. 19, 2011 (also outland) received AOR on Dec.12 which had two file numbers, one for me to log in and one for spouse.... I could not log in within the first 5 days though... but by the 18th I could... on...
