If your application is with the Mexico City Visa Office, the email address to use is MXICOIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca that's where we sent our requested information and we received a reply that they had received it (I requested a reply just to make sure). :) Good Luck!

Hi CANzanillo, Can you or anyone else shed some light in the order of events for me. After the MVO start the process of our application - my understanding is they first go through your papers to make sure they have everything, we haven't received any document requests yet and they started the...

Thank you CANzanillo - it is true that all our situations are different but the one thing we do have in common is that we would love to be with our loved ones as soon as possible, and in your case - bring your loved one home. I hope that you have a very kind and understanding processing officer...

It must be because we sent my husbands medical after the SA then. Even though they have everything in Mexco's VO they haven't updated the Ecas since they received our file. It makes sense what you said about depending on who's working on the file... Good Luck to you as well and to everyone...

OLD IN PROCESS VS NEW IN PROCESS ON ECAS EXPLAINED

Hi Eagle333, We received our AOR2 on September 30th, a week prior to that we received an email acknowledgement that they have received my husbands medical records and placed it with our application file (we submitted the medical after the file had been sent to the Mexico VO). Still our ECAS...

Congratulations 2worlds1love!!! That is great news!! It's really good to see some movement at the VO and you must be super happy. I realize that this ECAS is not very reliable as far as timing and such but I'm getting a little bit worried... most applicants with an AOR2 have their ECAS...

I would reply to their latest email saying they don't have your file there, and I would attach the AOR2 letter and the medical receipts and ask them to acknowledge when they have matched up your paperwork. I know they ask everyone to be patient, but we still need to make sure they have what...
