Goto your MyCic account, you'll find a '?' mark by the side of apply online option , click on ? Sign you'llfind it there.

You cannot apply for online application if you are applying with a family member.

I applied online on 28rh October, No final decision yet.

A decision is made within 10 days for a paper application in most of the cases in India.

Ues ask me.. Waiting is still better than disheartening refusal :(
