yes sis get one na hanggat maaga pa then pag hiningi na seo may mabibigay kna... requesting for AOM is same as cenomar din same form...then pag may nagmatch na marriage application nio automatic AOM ibibigay sa inu na nka state Marriage Date, Name ng Bride and Groom then place of Marriage.... ;) ;)

yes sis kailangan un...as per checklist it should be CENOMAR OR AOM if ur married you should provide the AOM then CENOMAR for single...
