there is no deferral fee .. if u have taken admission directly without any agent . u have to open the online application > then enter ur email and password > ur application will be open click on confirm than u will be asked to choose program .just select the program u want . for more info...

upfront medical is for sure better and time saving .... peoples who submitted without medical they might face rejection in month of Aug. as if cic needed one they would have asked for in few days only

guys if u are thinking that VO is not looking at ur file its not so . REASONS for delay * if ur file lacks any doc. ur file will be processed at later stage . * if ur file is not upto the cic immigration policy .etc
