Hi, Only it seems that after winter break, CIC has not started charging NOC 1123 yet (since last 2 working days)... The last charge (DD) noticed from SS for this NOC was on 20th,Oct... so, there is a significant gap now... Hopefully, we find some CC/DD of NOC 1123 in next 3 working days...

Hi, As per latest CIC cap updates, your application completeness check in not done... So, your file will be counted towards 178 balance left... This number of files mostly from Nov and Dec... because 340 pending applications must be reflecting completeness check upto Oct'14 end...
