CAn 2174, I have called organisation in Nova Scotia which gv license to engineers .. even they were not clear whether software engineers are regulated or not. I have spent half an hour on ISD :(

First of all Guys , i m bit late I am fitting into both 2173 and 74...But as per NOC website we need some licensing for 2173...Any information , ?? as i personally think 2173 will get good response as I have searched bit novs scotia market .. Secondly is there any chance if I will apply now...
