    bro main thing is that Chandigarh covers north states J & K, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab but at Delhi applications from all stats of India that's the reason of delay. Bro don't worry because spp has 90% visa chances as compare to other.

    Yes bro it's important but if one year fee is paid than also it's ok. Because in spp no need to attach extra document unless it is asked to do so. Just mention the financial situation in ur sop and income source.
