I know that it takes a few days for the docs to just reach the VO after it reaches NDVO!

10 months is the approximate time it should take for your PR to come through from the day the file reaches NDVO

Hey.. Send them a case specific email stating that your medical is expiring... That way if they deem necessary they will send you a mail/email wiz details for the second medical which you will take with you to the medical centre...
