YES YOU CAN APPLY WITHOUT IELTS . JUST attach ielts admit card with ur documents. they will give u conditional acceptance. Universities usually take 2-3 months and apply fast deadlines are approaching near for fall intake

your profile is awesome ;D you have bright chances of getting visa. But I would say with 80% MARKS IN BTECH , you could have easily get into ANY good university. Anyways, best of luck for visa, you seem to be excellent student, so dont worry , your marks are enough for VO TO GIVE U VISA.

You must report this to embassy otherwise you gonna be in trouble. One thing for sure is that you cant work ni Neither full nor part time .

Well buddy nothing can be said with surety, low marks in 10 and 12th is definitely a pitfall of your profile. Add really strong SOP , explaining why u got less marks and how much u improve over the years. What is your ielts score . 7 or 8 bands can improve your overall profile.

What about the university category.

You should pay it before filling for the visa. Its highly recommend.
