I just went over our GCMS notes again, I can see the VO's been checking the security clearance results, but it was still not started as of October 2016... so assuming they started after that, it's been going for less than 8 months... I don't see labels like s.21...

Yes, it is the security clearances that's the hold up - consistent with what we see in the GCMS notes... We did travel a number of countries in Europe for our honeymoon... but not any of the sensitive countries... hmm...
