Hi, I got the same request. On the new forms it asks last 10 years or form the age of 18 whichever comes first but apparently it's a typo because that's not the LVO requirement. They need the forms with personal history from 18. We did for the past 10 years and were asked to submit again...

Maybe they won't. Your 3rd line means MR approved and it is also possible your file is already back with you VO, so unless your file is still waiting to be reviewed by VO then there's little chance they will asked you for forms again. Otherwise they should have done already....Give it another...
