Hi ryanomil, We are uk based too and we have still heard nothing about MR since 2nd line was added on 11/06/12. You're not alone there buddy. Was thinking it may be time to send a CSE to LVO just to check they haven't send MR or ADR to my consultant and they haven't bothered to pass it on...
