I did multiple times since morning... but "Processing Update" still there.

I don't think so you will be able to create a new EE profile until you withdraw the current profile. I am in the same situation, my profile status is "Processing Update". Neither I can see the data I filled in my Profile nor I can see any button or tab to create EE profile.

Yes, I got this error message while submitting the application on saturday and sunday. Due to this i had to decline my ITA bcos it was the last day of my application. I called CIC on monday they said there application was down but they cannot do anything now. You should call them asap to get it...

Same thing happened to me last saturday and sunday. It says " our online services are down". It was the Last day of my ITA and i had to decline it due to that. :(

I called CIC just now and the agent told me that CIC is aware of the issue with there application and they are trying to patch/fix the application soon. He also asked me to submit a IRCC Webform to report the issue because some times it is case specific.

I had to decline it Myself. CIC dont care about these things. I had also reported a technical issue but there is no response from them. After declining, my profile is in processing update status since 3 days. This online application is so unreliable and CIC is so irresponsible.

Just because of this i have to decline my ITA last Sunday :(. It was the last day of my ITA and while transmit and pay it was throwing "online services are down" error.
