I know they say to apply for your BOWP 4 months out form the expiry of your current work visa but in the case here where you were hypothetically got rejected but you wanted to apply for your BOWP at the latest possible moment so you can get the most out of your BOWP, what is a good time to apply...

Man, I would give anything to see a MR for a September applicant, I wouldn't even care what order they are in. I just want to see some movement around here so I can restore my confidence and faith in the CIC!!!

Just applied for my GCMS notes. With this strike on and no real movement forward with any of us in the September 2012 group I figured "what the hell, for $5 I might as well try." Who knows I may receive my MR before the end of the month but I'm not holding my breath :(

Hi Shah I am not sure what the deal is with finger prints. As I am from an visa exempt country there are a few things I don't have to do such as finger prints. I am sure someone on this thread can shed some light on this for you.

Pretty sure every CEC application is sent to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney and then once it is found complete forwarded to Ottawa. I had to send in a new police check and I sent it to Sydney by mistake but they forwarded it to Ottawa where my application was. Hopefully this helps :)
