Thanks, Criminality was confirmed as over yesterday itself when I called IRCC. Guess this was just the batch status update that runs. Heard it can be assignment of a case to VO or like you said, partial completion of the bgc. Only the power up above knows as of now.

I second. Either they are going to run a "batch" or fix an issue wherein several ITAs (day before's draw) have not received their ITA emails.

Got a "Ghost Update" today morning (yesterday CAN time) after IP2 and ADR movements to NA a few days back. Any potential guesses ? Has anyone experienced SS after a Ghost Update ?

@cansha To be honest, i think this mechanism of not having a standardised update on PRs is built on purpose. I mean its something very serious to handout a PR and if the process is known or understood, it would be very easy to crack. Thats just my 2 cents. Given where technology is, a PPR email...

@cansha Finally got through. I luckily found an angel of an agent who told me - Eligibility - Passed Criminality - Passed Background completed and Security in progress Been IP2 since 25th Oct. Forgot to ask which VO but honestly, I dont think its in my hand and neither will that information...

What is the easiest way to get through CIC. Every single option on their IVR is programmed to say "unable to route the call to an agent". Could it be their lunch break ?

Even I am curious. Apparently he is the Minister of safety who helps potential immigrants in getting their statuses from IRCC. I guess he is just a gentle soul who helps people like us. He helped someone once and the word got out and then he is obliged to help anyone who mails him.

Guys is it me or this Ghost Update being used way too frequently. My understanding of a "Ghost" update is when the profile shows as update but the status is not updated whereas in case of a BCG process initiation or a ADR showing as N/A is not a "Ghost" update since the status of the application...

I agree with @cansha There seems to be alot of speculation and the only thing that could actually give the right picture/status are the notes (that also depends on the appropriate interpretation). Wish you all the best !!

@gau55555 - Yes sir. Just checked, the FDs do have a maturity date. (about 10 months or so still remaining). WIsh the shock comes true.

Hi, I have appended a LOE with my ADR. ADR was uploaded same day itself on the 26th and subsequently the status was changed from ADR uploaded to ADR being reviewed
