Yes you can. As per the Cic website you can do a medical exam without instructions to expedite the process. I came acroos this information a little late as my parents have already passed medical. Only spouse category is excluded as they have to wait for instructions from Cic. Hope this helps!

Did you receive SA yet? We have not received SA either and my parents just passed medical. I know that LVO is Delhi as they requested the documents to be mailed to that address and I confirmed with an agent in Mississauga.

Nope, they asked for PCC and foreign travel the first time and medical, bio and pre arrival letter the second time.

I never received SA but my decision made and permanent residency in process. PCC,IME,bio and pre arrival received. Hoping it’s all good.
