You should say yes to the medical exam and submit the document. There's absolutely nothing wrong with using the same medical exam twice. As far as I can remember, they ask if you've had your medical exam done by CIC panel doctor in the past 12 months? Which you have.. so go ahead and say yes.

Yes, I'm aware. Im okay as long as I'm on implied status. I heard someone say that when you switch over from work permit to student permit, and if your work permit expires before your student permit arrives, you're not on implied stauts, which to me didn't make sense. Thanks anyway :)

That's basically it. It boggles my mind, especially going through this process and having to find out that the NOC I thought I was, isn't actually the case in HR's system.

My title and job responsibilities are exact same as the higher NOC, including the education and past experience needed to get to this position. I compared everything. However, in the HR's system they have a lower NOC for some weird reason -_-

What if your title and roles and responsibilities are of a specific NOC that qualifies for EE but in HR's system, it's a lower NOC code. What do you do then?
