actually it must me finished in 2 weeks but 1officer took my file for assesment and ask me abt same details that they asked u...but then she took vacation and i waited for 1 month for her to reply...then another officer contact me for the same details and then i get nomination in just 10 days

Hi Did anyone received nomination under AOS paper based application recently? My File was received on 18th January and i am still waiting to ge Nomination.

If it is paper based application...lets say 4 to 4 months to get nomination.

Your LMIA application has nothing to do with your stay in canada...but when you re-enter canada you will be asked questions by CBSA that wat you did in ur last visit and why do u re-enter so soon...you gotta have very strong reason...becoz it will be very difficult for you to convince them...
