Any idea how long it takes to receive pr card for renewal by mail? Mine was apparently sent on feb 6th. I haven't received anything yet. Any thoughts?

Not a US citizen.will be travelling by FLight. I havent received my PR card yet. I gave a UPS address which I feel has caused the delivery issue. Any one else received their PR cards?

Hey I finally see the update:- Your PR card was sent by mail on February 6 2020. I will be travelling next week to Canada and I am thinking do I need the new card or can I still show my old PR card for entry. Any thoughts anyone?

At what time did u get the email from Cic?

No man I haven't received any updates yet. I read somewhere that it could take 4 days or more since ecas starts showing up to get the complete update.I am still unclear as to what decsion has been made.

That's what worries me.. I will only know once I get to know what the decsion is.I also saw that they have screwed up my home address by spelling it wrongly..I have given them an alternate mailing address so hopefully things should be fine.

I do remember its mentioned somewhere that biometric is not required unless we fall into some 3 bullet point category.Yes the trend is if you have paid for the fees and you dont need it then they refund it.I am still waiting for an update as to if the decision is approved and if the card will...

Have u submitted fees for bio-metrics? For PR Renewal bio metric is not required and if you have submitted the fees they refund it to you.

Hey guys, I just got an email from CIC saying they received my application. However while trying to check status of application nothing shows on cic.gc.ca Anyone else in the same boat ?

Hey where did you send your application from? I sent mine from Toronto. Current wait time is showing as 27 days. I could see that some of the folks on this thread got theirs in 15 - 18 days

Yes i did..I sent Priority shipping which is supposed to be better than express. I sent it to 47-49 Dorchester street sydney b1p5z2
