Apply for your GCMS notes and see if they have received your RCMP Request. There may also be additional notes regarding eligibility. Rite now things are moving really slow with CIC . There may also be a second review date in your file so the most apt thing would be to request your GCMS notes.

My suggestion would be to request for GCMS notes. You never know when the VO will start looking at your file and besides if you apply now the set of GCMS notes will only arrive 30 days later. The GCMS notes should give you some idea if your file has been touched at all and also if there are any...
