Hi Garry, i am in same situation, should i use NA in given name or last name in this form. for all other forms i have left given name blank and put given name in last name as instructed.

what do you mention as family size in this application. do you count the applicants you are sponsoring?

Hi In form 1344, they are asking for last name as indicated in passport for principal applicant. My father does not have surname on passport but this is mandatory field. what should i do should i put given name in last name and leave given name empty or put NA in surname?
