Have any July or August applicants received Visa since January 3, 2012? I have not noticed any, seems like everything is very quiet.

Embassy received my PPR docs Dec 28th. Then Dec 29th Canadian processing centre sent out RPRF request Dec 30th and I received letter Jan 9th and paid Dec 10th online.

They are requesting $490 Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) Seems this fee must be paid in Canada not at Embassy in Manila. Did you pay $1040 at beginning when you applied or just $550?
