No they dont send mail only for the missing documents. It is the reason of NER.An incomplete file is considered as rejected file.

cic send them complete file with a reference document stating tge reason of rejection.

I think cic is added a new systen of file completness check just to speed up the per process.Your application is checked for the complete documentation and then it is forwarded to the case officer for case studying. BUT this is only my assumption based upon the applicant who got rejection.I...

cic currently charging 15th june applicants.Considering the rush in your noc it will be very tight to reach 1000.Cap is already reached to 778 in your NOC and you will be charged in Nov. Approx. BUT anything can happens. Have faith in GOD.

CIC is currently clearing applications received till 12 to 14 june issuing PER till 6th june.The current cap is upto 6th june.
