Yes they have all been passed, my mp told me background checks are in process and in the gcms notes it doesn't saying anything it's blank. But on the top right hand corner it's says s.15(1) . I hope my husband gets ppr soon, the situation in Afghanistan is not so well at all.

My husband did not get his visa yet. It's been 4 months since he had his interview. He was asked the following: - when did you first meet you're spouse - date of marriage - where you finished you're education - which school does you're spouse go to? That's pretty much it.

I have contacted my mp which was very useful. She did an inquiry in the beginning of September and she told me that background check is happening and the case will be ready for finalization once they receive the results. Ameen!
