    Financial Means Statement

Hi Roshan, All of the above. My understanding is each time your proof of funds is verified, they will use the spot conversion at that time. Therefore, what I'm doing is using a Google Sheet to track the current value of my proof of funds savings in CAD$ regularly to ensure I don't dip below...

Ray of Hope - 93rd Draw

90 days to submit 6 months to process then your PR starts when you land in Canada (I assume you're trying to work out citizenship timeline)

Another PNP option opened today: "Saskatchewan opens Express Entry sub-category to 400 applications" https://www.cicnews.com/2018/06/saskatchewan-opens-express-entry-sub-category-to-400-applications-0610778.html#gs.eN5UmH0

Also, if they don't increase the ITA intake above 3500, then that's a signal that they don't feel their targets are in danger and that would potentially signal no back-to-back draws either. I agree with the 445/447 predictions tomorrow and that the ROH is going to attract a lot more people who...

Ray of Hope - 92nd Draw

Odd thing - IRCC haven't released the pool score breakdown since May 24th. I assume because people will freak on the number of profiles above 450, but without that data, we can't get an idea of average number of people entering the pool and hence accurate predictions for tomorrow's draw cutoff...

The 430-437 club! Let's strategize here!

I can't speak for patterns from last year, but I can see that the French Speakers are heavily prioritised. You can check out their waves of invites here: http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNOI.html I can only assume that they're due soon to release more for FSW, but I dont know what...

Just to clarify for those who don't know too much about Ontario's Provincial Nomination programmes (OINP). 1. You need to be invited to apply, and they're only looking at EE profiles created in 2018. If you already have an EE profile that was created in 2017, you have to cancel and create a new...

moving out of province under PNP after PR

The only caution is I’ve read is they can revoke your PR under misrepresentation if it can be proven that you had no intent of staying and working in that province in the first place. I haven’t seen any cases where that has actually happened, but that’s the route, if any, they’d take.

OINP - HCP - Application Submitted February and March 2018

I assume if I'm in DIP, that no additional info is required? I ask because I totally did this on my own without help (my EE is handled by Campbell & Cohen) so I was worried if I had messed up. I wasn't too worried initially, but seeing how the draws have panned out, this PNP has gone from a "so...

Ray of Hope - 92nd Draw

I've been a follower for months of ROH and I really feel for people who are stuck between 430 and 440 points (I'm at 438). I have a PNP application that's now gone to Decision in Progress today, so I'm hopeful I get that PNP, and I'll switch to being part of this thread to being part of the...

OINP - HCP - Application Submitted February and March 2018

My OINP has just switched to Decision in Progress. I will say one of the biggest factors was I didn't know to send a copy of my WES report to OINP. Once I had done that, I went from Submitted to Assessment in days. Profile re-created in pool: 22 Jan NOI received: 12 Feb Application sent: 26...

It's an excel graph from 15 numbers - if that takes me longer than 5 minutes then I shouldn't have a job :D And its based on numbers reported on their site, so actual announcement times can vary

Ray of Hope - 92nd Draw

Because everyone here loves stats, just a visual representation of when the last 15 draw results were announced (grouped by hour in UTC) It's 15:45 UTC, which means only 13% of results happen after this time.

Ray of Hope - 92nd Draw

They're indifferent as it's not their job to clear the pool, but to get a set number of people that meet a standard as skilled immigrants. Lots of posts have spoken on how they're on track so there might not be massive urgency to do these draws (I know some are dying for a back-to-back draw)...

Ray of Hope - 92nd Draw

Unless you know someone who knows someone, my understanding is companies don't want to go through all the paperwork for a job offer of a random person without a visa (hence I'll do the job search when I have my PR card) How about waiting for me to move my software company to Canada and I'll...

Ray of Hope - 92nd Draw

Have you gone to your WES.org profile and sent a duplicate copy of your WES profile to OINP? I randomly discovered this tip on a forum elsewhere and a week later mine changed to 'Assessment'. And there is no mention ANYWHERE that you must do this on official sites etc. (well that I could find)

Ray of Hope - 92nd Draw

My understanding is older letters are 100% - just your latest job might need an update every now and again (they don't expect you to go to all your past employers and re-issue reference letters every 6 months - same with police clearance certificates from countries you're no longer in)
