    I can't seem to send personal messages. Maybe because I don't have enough posts? Hopefully AnaMaria will see this and chime in. From reading the other threads, I'm pretty sure PP holders of visa exempt countries can send a copy. Unless this is another area where the Manila VO is screwing people.

    Question for you guys: When Manila requests the passport, do you have to send the original or can you send a copy? I read somewhere that you can send a copy as long as you copy every page.

    Looking at the various spreadsheets it looks like Manila is falling behind a lot of the other offices in terms of spousal sponsorship processing times. Does anyone have any info on what's going on with them? They used to be one of the faster offices...
