Hi David, you know I think that first come first served basis they mean that the firstly received will get the response earlier than the others. They do not say that they will not open later sent applications. That is my opinion.

But the aplicant can be nominated only by Nova Scotia. And it is clearly writen on their web-site Once the 150 nominees are identified any applications that are not processed will be returned to applicants

Applications are being dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis. Concerning this sentence. What do they mean. If my understanding is correct they mean that they will answer for firstly sent aplication, or do they mean that they will nominate only from firstly sent ones???? ::)
