What factors they ( embassy people ) see of an applicant when they reject Visa for reason that you will not canada after your studies ?

hey all !! i was preparing for sept 13 intkae, everything is done like medical, fee, etc etc ... but just due to delay in receiving GIC details, my consultant said that they will defer it to next intake. My question is that what does it mean ? what new process will start in this deferring process ?

same haal edhar vi aa baii ji ... 15 nu gic da apply keeta si, halle tak kuj ni aaya, fee v transfer karti a ... sabkuj ho gaya !! hun consultant kahi janada tera defer kar dena next intake vich, ... darr lagi janda koi panga e na pai jawe.

hello baiiji ... # my consultant said that if my gic process takes more days, then they will deffer it to next intake because today is the last date for receiving gic details. i passed my +2 in 2012. how can this thing effect my VISA chances in next Jan intake, or not ?
