    In my opinion, you can skip the birth certificate as well, if you are providing educational documents, N.I.C. (translated copy) and Passports then its not a must for CHC, but may be Gerry people won't entertain :(

    LOA comes in email only in case of sheridan but a letter for using your email etc will come at home address.

    not an issue, got to Cantonment board office (I am in lahore cantt) and get it fixed. you might need to use help of Qauid-e-Azam for speed up the process.

    it shouldn't be that long, you should call or email them

    normally you should hear from them in a week time. They will send a letter via courier to your home and same thing i guess in your email so hold on and wait for it
