Just a question: Can you claim yourself as PR after getting RPRF. Can I change my student status as "International student fee paying" to "Local student Fee paying"?? thanks

You will get MR and RPRF. This 2nd line appeared after I paid RPRF and MR. So, you are expecting MR soon. Good luck.
