The other option is to wait another year so you can increase your experience points :P, but maybe giving IELTS again will be faster/safer.

Maybe I will say something that you already know, but I will try. Give IELTS again, with so much experience in US , you should take a better score and increase your total points

If you will apply with spouse , you will need IELTS for your spouse. Having IELTS for spouse will increase your overall score , but it is not mandatory.

Sorry , but those certification do not count. As I have read somewhere, it states that length of program should be at least 6 months or 1 year(not sure). The diploma should be issued by a known and recognized education institution. You can check on WES by yourself with the testtool...

If you need points for both Bachelor &Masters degree and a complete ECA you should send both qualifications.

Guys , I have done ECA and did not face the same issue as you. As I said before, my partner is also facing the same issue. To me it seems more an issue of the moment than a real problem . Drop a mail through WES website and they will reply in 2-3 days .

Your assumptions are not totally correct. I mean , yes , you can get higher point for Masters and PHD but to me seems this was true even before with normal FSWP applications. You do not mention IELTS which it's the part which makes the difference . Get a high score in IELTS and you're catapulted...

ECA will be done with the same name as per your diploma, no need to change the name while doing ECA. After getting ECA and everything else you will just need a notarized copy of your marriage certificate.
