"Acknowledgement" maybe a letter regarding your application status or even PER... I am not sure since I am also facing the same problem. CC charged but no further information...

The job must be a arrangement job which will be not affected by the cap... A arrangement job must come with a LMO (LMIA); if not, we can't define that job is a arrangement job...

Hi mate, my application under 1123 was received by CIC on Dec 23rd and my credit card was charged on Mar 5th, just for your information. BTW, some members indicate they still receive returned packages even though their CC were charged and they got PER...

CIC gave you a hope by charging CC and providing PER, but eventually terminated the hope....what a weird logic!!! Anyway, try EE asap and all the best for your further application!!

My original police clearances are submitted under CEC which I applied before FSW.... So I just submitted police clearances (copies) under FSW...however, CIC clearly indicates that police clearances are NOT required documents at the time you submit the application and they can be submitted...

Yes I am have 1123 job in Canada but this is NOT arranged job cos I have open work permit. And I am NOT PhD student. So definitely I am the normal case under FSW...
