Hi.... I'm here in Riyadh Saudi Arabia too and previously sending my application last May 3 2013. My Immigration office to process my application for PR is VO Manila. Middle east VO office for permanent residence is Abu-Dhabi pero matagal po ang processing time compare to manila.
