Or could be, they sent her a ppr but never received it, there are some cases here who lost their ppr on its way ... so Decision made could mean, last request for passport, remed and nbi .... If Darlene could only tell us her situation is and its events, then we would be able to help her more.

@ micah: Di ba you will get your things when you arrived in Vancouver .... SO pagbalik mo sa plane going to Edmonton, same pa rin ang allowed number of kilos sa luggage? or you will pay excess na? And ok lang pala box? :) Naku, hindi pa ako DM pero nagtatanong na lols
