I will answer it for you. After sponsorship approval, you may check ecas using sponsors client id and details OR receipt number and sponsors detail. Both worked for me, after 48 hours of sponsorship approval, some after 24 hours.

Wow, that was pretty fast. In cebu, it will take you a whole day. First half of the day, is for filling up forms, submitting requirements and a group session, and in the afternoon, a one on one talk with the counselor. Counselors are either nuns or social workers. Good luck with your packing...

Maybe you are already approved but they did not send you email, just the conventional mail. Have you tried checking your ecas using the receipt number and sponsors' info? It will show if you are already approved.
